Now, Bing & Bao proudly provides more add-on options including vegetables, grilled meat and shrimp, as well as different sauces to satisfy your taste buds.
Bao, considered as a type of steamed dumplings, has enjoyed a great popularity all over the world. Unlike "xiaolongbao", which can be commonly seen in many Chinese restaurants, our bao is more fluffy and softer because of fermentation process; they can be stuffed with many different combinations of ingredients to be healthier and more flavorful.

The founders of Bing & Bao, Rachel Wang and Mark Shen were born and raised in Tianjin, China, where bing and bao are the most popular and iconic street food. We are masters of bing and bao!
At Bing & Bao, we use house ground mung beans to make batter and cook bings on cast iron crepe makers in front of our customers. Baos are freshly prepared everyday and cooked in bamboo steamers which give them a pleasant aroma.
